01Start with your event.
Choose Make an event poster and enter the event name, what’s happening, date and time, and venue. Choose Arrange my poster to review your starting layout. You can also begin with a style from the template gallery.
Adjust the fonts, sizes, or placement if you like. Before generating, select details you may need to update and turn on Keep this text editable.
02Choose the look.
Continue to Create image. Describe the scene, colors, and mood, or try one of the suggested looks.
You don’t need to repeat the words in your visual direction. NoteAI sends the text layout as a reference when you generate.
03Review and download.
Inspect the poster at full size. Check the headline, date, time, and venue, using the lettering checks to help spot possible mistakes. Select the version you want, then download it.
For another visual treatment, change the direction and generate again. Saved looks keep earlier versions and their original layouts available.
04Update the details.
On a supported saved poster, choose Edit text on poster. Change the details you kept editable and preview them on the artwork. Save text changes creates an updated download using the same artwork.
AI lettering stays part of the artwork. Changing that lettering, the canvas size, or the visual direction requires a new generation.
05Make the next event’s poster.
Open More project tools and choose Use for another event. Add the new details, review the copied layout, and create fresh artwork using the saved style.
Your original poster stays saved, with its layout ready to return to.
